For the fifteenth consecutive year, PwC Taiwan has conducted this annual survey of Taiwan business leaders, adhering to PwC Global standards and survey methodologies.
This survey compiles the business acumen and invaluable experience of Taiwan's business leaders. Over the years, it has consistently served as an important reference for industry, government, and academia in observing key trends and understanding the perspectives of senior corporate executives.
This year's survey focuses on understanding Taiwan business leaders' outlook on the future economy, their approaches to geopolitical risks and tariff policies, the efficacy and implementation status of AI applications, and the issues of greatest concern to these leaders. Key findings indicate that the immediate threat identified by Taiwan business leaders is the availability of key skills. Their top concern is having adequate innovation capabilities to navigate an uncertain future.
The quantitative survey was conducted through online questionnaires and telephone interviews from October to December 2025.
