Yu-chen is an experienced tax professional and has a wide range of engagements in various aspects of tax compliance services and tax consulting assignments including securitization, international tax, transfer pricing services, and tax health check.  She has also been involved in tax due diligence reviews and tax advisory projects of cross-border group restructuring.  

She was seconded to the Taipei branch of an European bank as a tax manager to assist in various Taiwanese tax compliance matters for the period from March 2010 to December 2010.  She was on a long term overseas secondment in PwC New York tax team from August 2011 to January 2014. 

She is currently servicing a large base of financial services clients in Banking and Capital Marketing such as a British multinational banking and financial services group and domestic listed financial holding companies.
