Yuan-Yao has a cross-border legal education background, having obtained her LL.B. degree in Taiwan and her J.D., LL.M degrees in the United States. In addition to the representation of foreigners in litigation in Taiwan, her areas of expertise include corporate investment, mergers and acquisitions, investigations, debt restructuring, corporate governance, and various management systems involving legal risks, such as business and human rights, intellectual property, and anti-corruption. Recently, she has also been involved in the application of legal technology.
