Paul has diverse and extensive experience working with multinationals in managing their tax affairs in Taiwan, including assistance with tax compliance, applications for tax benefits, and advising on tax matters.

Paul is a tax partner within PwC Taiwan’s tax practices in Taipei. He has extensive and diverse corporate tax consulting and compliance experiences working with large multinationals across various industries, including semiconductor, energy, infrastructure, e-commerce, and transportation. His areas of expertise include corporate tax compliance, investment and tax structuring, operation and exit design, tax optimization, and application for tax benefits and ruling.

He was also seconded to the Tax Treaty Section within the Department of International Fiscal Affairs, Ministry of Finance as an analyst, assisting the competent authority with tax treaty affairs and drafting of relevant laws.
