Inclusion and Diversity

Creating value through diversity. Be yourself. Be different.

At PwC, our Inclusion First strategy is for our people, our clients and our world.

At PwC, we are committed to being a leading organisation for inclusion and belonging with our people, clients and external stakeholders, as well as a leading employee destination for diverse talent. We are focused on ensuring our ways of working embrace diversity and foster an inclusive environment in which our people are comfortable bringing their whole selves to work and feel they belong and can reach their full potential.

As demonstrated through PwC’s core values of Care and Work Together, we strive to more deeply understand and empathise with people’s diverse backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. We know that when people from different backgrounds and with different points of view work together, we create the most value for our people, clients and society.

Inclusion Matters

At PwC Taiwan, we respect and value differences.

Find out why inclusive matters to us and learn about examples of inclusion that our people have experienced at PwC Taiwan.

Our PwC network Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) strategy enables The New Equation by embedding I&D within PwC’s DNA while being an I&D change accelerator both within PwC and the wider societies in which we operate. We achieve this by holding our leaders accountable for I&D, continuing to build a culture of inclusion, equity, belonging and transparency, and being an external voice for change.

Bringing disability inclusion to the fore

Our goal of building a more diverse community of solvers presents an opportunity to include more people with disabilities and those who care for them.We are committed to fostering an environment where people with disabilities are included, feel empowered to be themselves and have access to the support and adjustments they need to thrive.

In 2022, PwC released a Global Disability Inclusion Strategy that focuses on enhancing the lives of people with disabilities at PwC and those who have caring responsibilities, as well as people in the wider communities in which we work.
