Taipei Workplace Gender Equality Certification

After receiving the 2023 Silver Award for the ‘Taipei Workplace Gender Equality Certification’ from the Taipei City Government, we are committed to further strengthening gender equality and diversity in the workplace. Our efforts focus on fostering a supportive work environment that champions gender equality across our workplaces.

Bringing disability inclusion to the fore

Our goal of building a more diverse community of solvers presents an opportunity to include more people with disabilities and those who care for them.We are committed to fostering an environment where people with disabilities are included, feel empowered to be themselves and have access to the support and adjustments they need to thrive.

In 2022, PwC released a Global Disability Inclusion Strategy that focuses on enhancing the lives of people with disabilities at PwC and those who have caring responsibilities, as well as people in the wider communities in which we work.

The Golden Wingspan Award

PwC Taiwan has received the 22nd Golden Wingspan Award in the Workplace Inclusion Category from the Ministry of Labor in December 2024. This prestigious award recognizes PwC Taiwan's commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace that supports individuals with disabilities and values everyone’s professional abilities. Inclusion is a core practice at PwC Taiwan, enhancing the company's culture and driving innovation.
